Catnip spray
A 50 ml catnip spray that makes toys, beds and scratching posts more attractive to cats, so a new post gets used instead of the sofa.
Spray a little where you want the cat to play or scratch and refresh it when the scent fades. Not every cat reacts to catnip; many kittens only respond once they are older.
